Microscope works entirely on your device. We don't collect, upload, sell or share anything. There are no accounts.
The camera (or the USB microscope you plug in) is used only to show the live picture on your screen. Video is never uploaded or recorded.
Only if you turn on voice commands, your device's built-in speech recognition listens for words like "freeze" or "save". On some devices the system speech service (for example, Google's) may process the audio under its own privacy policy. Microscope does not record or store audio.
Photos you save in the app's gallery, your camera choice and your measuring calibration are stored only on your device. Deleting a photo removes it. Clearing the app's data removes everything. When you choose Share, the photo goes to the app you pick, under that app's privacy policy.
No sign-in, no analytics, no advertising IDs, no third-party trackers.
